How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request permanent erasure of your account tracking logs, follow these explicit instructions:

Send an email request from your registered application sign-in email address directly to upstic25@gmail.com.
Ensure your message utilizes the subject header line: "AgencyCalc Pro - Account Deletion Request".
State your active username or account details clearly to confirm identity boundaries.

On mobile, the pre-filled email request can open directly in your Mail app. You can also email upstic25@gmail.com from the support page and write what information you want removed.

Some records may be retained only where legally required, such as payment, tax, fraud prevention, or store subscription records. Please send the request from your registered sign-in email address or include that email in your message so we can identify the account.
